Q. How can I make an appointment?
A. To make an appointment using the website/app please click here. You will then perform the following steps:
Make a payment of ₹ 249 to book appointment.
Choose your appointment date and time.
Receive confirmation of your appointment.
Our doctor will call you at the appointed time on video call over WhatsApp for your consultation.
Q. How can I make an appointment on WhatsApp?
A. Message "Hi!" on WhatsApp to +91 789 238 7498 and you will be guided on WhatsApp to make your appointment.
Q. How can I cancel an appointment?
A. You can click on the Cancel link in the confirmation email you received when you booked the appointment.
Alternatively you can message "Cancel Appointment" to us on WhatsApp to +91 789 238 7498.
Please note you can cancel only up to 45 min before your appointment time for a full refund.
For cancellations within 45 min of the appointment your deposit will not be refunded.
Q. Do you have free followups?
A. We offer free followups for 72 hours from the original consultation.
Q. How can I pay?
A. We accept the following modes of payments to confirm the reservation:

Q. Are my medication/medicines included in the Rs. 249 consultation fee?
A. No. The cost of medicines and delivery is not included in the Rs. 249 consultation fee. They are charged extra.
Q. How can I get a refund?
A. When you cancel an appointment your refund is automatically processed and you will receive a refund transaction ID within a the next 30 minutes. You will receive your refund on the original mode of payment.
Q. How long does it take to get a refund?
A. While we will initiate the refund within 30 minutes after a cancellation from our side. However, due to the way banks, cards, and payment processors function it will take upto 7 business days for a refund to be reflected on a card or wallet while it may take upto 12 business days if mode of payment was netbanking.
